Some elaborations said that he stretched 16 yards in length and had a head made of flint. Apep was viewed as the greatest enemy of Ra, and thus was given the title Enemy of Ra, and also "the Lord of Chaos".Īpep was seen as a giant snake or serpent leading to such titles as Serpent from the Nile and Evil Dragon. Sadly, he does fall off late game, but he can still be useful in helping the team.Ra was the solar deity, bringer of light, and thus the upholder of Ma'at. Sobek excels early game because he can charge into enemies, fling them back, interrupt channeling abilities and be flatout, annoying and frustrating. And lastly, just have fun and be aggressive early game. If you ult without the intention of attacking an enemy, then at least use it to clear a camp or clear some minions.
Six, sometimes you are low on mana, and your ult is the thing that wil help you. There is no need to waste the debuff on enemies who are fully healed and thus don't need to worry about a 50% reduction. Five, when engaging in fights with enemy healers, wait til they are lower on health before using your 3. Yes your escape is gone, but you put more distance between them and your ally. Four, if running away with your ADC or whoever your partner is, run away and allow the enemy to get ear you, then walk behind them, and charge at them to fling them away. Three, if in a pinch and need quick health while running away, run through a buff camp and use your 3 to get a small heal. There is no need to have it on anything else. Two, set your 2 tailwhip, to instant casting. If you charge and miss, then be ready to get CCd and punished. Kidding **not **really, but there are a few things to consider.
SOBEK SMITE SKIN
If you want to be the one who chases more, then getting those traveler boots and wingblade, can make it so that you can easily run after someone or run away from them.Ībout to leave in a moment but the things that separate a good sobek and a bad one, is whether or not they use the High Seas skin and VP. In general, just build like a normal tank, but health is a very nice stat to get on him, and mystical mail helps him deal constant damage. Typically I would get witchblade if there are a lot of high attack speed enemies, or winged blade if there are some slow-heavy enemies (the stats are very solid too). My usual build when laning with someone who can help with assists, or when in modes with teams nearby, I go with pent boots> mystical mail / heartstone > heartstone /mystical mail > Pestilence (if more magical dmg)/ breastplate of valor (if more phy dmg) > etheral staff > then anything you need. Mystical mail is good because Sobek is a peeler god, and mystical mail, well, helps to peel. Bulwark of Hope is solid not just because of the stats, but because if you are ulting and are getting hit hard by someone, you can safely have your ult finish, hit them hard, have the passive proc and give some mitigation, and then get away. Pestilence is a good one to combine with his 3 in crippling healers. In terms of build, you build like any other support. The 1 and 2 I split because sometimes I want my charge to hit hard, rather than hit light.
With that said, I go for this ability order 3>4> 1>2 or 2>1. Gives mana back, slows enemies within it, can do very solid damage, and gives CC immunity which means that you can get out of a lot of nasty fights like ares ult. And finally his ult, a moveable ymir ult. Combine that with pestilence, and you will have someone at about 70% reduced healing. His 3, solid heal, especially early game, but don't forget that he debuffs enemy heals. His 2 is a good knockup which is great at busting magi blessing bubbles (setting up for a pull once the CC immunity is done). His 1 is a straight forward, quick dash that pulls the firt enemy it hits, which means it can hit minions which is annoying and a pain. As you may know, his passive gives him protections for every melee or abilitiy he hits or does, respectfully. Well, Sobek is an interesting one, but I'll do my best in giving some tips.
